- Browse through the catalogue on the website and find the products you want, you can also look through the collections in categories: Bridal wear, Jewellery, Groomwear & Accessories, Collections and Brands category to navigate.

- Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART/BUY NOW'’ button underneath each item 

- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM CART' link to delete items from your shopping bag.

- Click on 'BUY FROM THE SELLER' to complete your order.

Creating an account is optional. You can purchase products as a guest and checkout easily, tracking order is available to all our customers even without account creation.

You have an opportunity of 24 hours to cancel your order. 

All products are custom made after order is received by the seller. Cancellation cannot be executed after 24 hours of order placement.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details. A tracking number is generated once the seller confirms the order which will be sent to your registered email address/ number provided during checkout with SMS notification. 

Only garments and footwear (along with price tags in their original packaging) are eligible for returns or exchange. Shoes can be returned provided they have been tried on a carpeted surface, and the sole remains undamaged. Jewellery (earrings, necklaces, rings, maangtikkas, haathphools, bangles & bracelets) can be exchanged within 10 days from date of purchase but not returned. Since we keep limited inventory, we may not have all sizes available at all times. In such cases, we will return the amount paid for the particular item as store credit in 24 hours. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold. 

Please note that if we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect product or garment size, we will return it to you with the correct product/ garment size. (THE LANGUAGE OF THIS LINE NEEDS TO BE REDEFINED)

If you have purchased multiple items, there is a fair chance that the items will get dispatched on separate days. View Order Status link sent to your email address/ number used during checkout to know the status of each of your orders.

An estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on every product page. Please check the delivery time period while you proceed to checkout, as each product varies. Wedding Asia Online Shop, offers seasonal sales and discounting. There are links to the SALE page from the on homepage. Also, due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we can't guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.

We are currently not serving orders on COD.

You can view your orders at any time using our website. Simply follow the steps below. Log in to our website and click on the 'ACCOUNT’ icon/button at the top of the page.Click on the link ‘View Orders’ on the page. This will show you your order history.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times with 24 hours of order placement.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Wedding Asia Online Shop to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Free shipping is only applicable to all customers in India.

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

We ship to 200 countries in the world and accept only Indian Rupees and US dollar currencies.

(Note - For customers outside India, only US dollar currencies are accepted by default.)

All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size conversion chart' link which you will find on every product page. 

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. 

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

Products purchased during or on Sale will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects.
